A Local Growth Plan sets out a shared vision for Hertfordshire’s future. It brings together evidence, investment priorities and key strategies to help guide decisions on transport, housing, skills, innovation, economic growth and the environment over the next decade. Local Growth Plans are a key part of the Government’s devolution agenda and are being developed by Mayoral Strategic Authorities across England to help unlock growth, attract investment and shape long-term priorities for their areas.
